The mods were actived in the data files, so I decided to try and uninstall/reinstall the game to see what would happen - Just to be sure nothing was the same, I deleted all saved files as well (did that by mistake recently anyway, so it was no big loss), but after reinstalling, putting the mods back, and activating them, they still dont load. This is located very near the bottom of the file. I'm pretty sure the mods loading at the start of the game isn't a problem, but I can't figure out why some don't work. If you are using Morrowind, this first entry should already point to your Morrowind data directory, Data Files.
The ones that do work only edit game settings, so that could be a factor. I only added mods during my playthrough of the game.
